Of course, it is never perfect. The process of raising the quality and standard of service continues at its best. We try to surprise everyone every time. This was also the case this time. And although the winter played tricks on us this year, it was nevertheless kind to us. The ski slope and ice rink were open. Our new attractions such as the SKI KIDS CLUB and the 100-metre long conveyor lift for the youngest skiers were very popular. The ski equipment hire shop was bursting at the seams, as were our other sports outlets. And brand-new workshops in robotics, with travellers or chemistry exceeded our expectations. We had to increase the number of groups - there was so much interest. Big and small had fun, everyone, without exception, as you can see in our weekly summaries in the hotel news.
