Top Polish hotels. Always clean, always neat. Rooms very comfortable, and access to various attractions very wide. Plus for the outdoor pool operating in winter! The Bieszczady mountains and the emptiness around are just a plus for this place.

Hotel at a very high level. Nice staff. Beautiful interiors and views are real pluses. Very rich offerings. At the jacuzzi were created obscurities with a real event (BRAWO). The inhalatorium is also a great plus. Attractions: horse riding, gym, swimming pool, and in the winter season a ski slope. Possibility to rent bicycles and three scenic trails. Highly recommended.
The place is ideal in my opinion. I have the extraordinary pleasure of visiting this place both in winter and summer, in addition, for many, many years. What I can say is that the richness of the proposal you have is unparalleled in one place in other hotels, not to mention the view and the surroundings. In addition, the staff is extremely supportive and they always do it with a smile. Importantly, they always deliver what they promise. BRAVO! And please keep it up! The hotel is located among the Bieszczady forests, away from civilization. This makes it the best-located hotel in Poland. The entire complex is over 250ha. There is everything active people need here. Shooting range, climbing wall, gyms, two football fields, golf course, tennis courts, bowling alley, etc. The hotel is family-friendly with children. Very committed animators, especially during aqua aerobics ;-). “Lego Masters” with Mr. Matthew was a wonderful journey through the world of building blocks. Large indoor pool area and outdoor heated pool. Family rooms spacious and functional, beautiful views from the balcony. Cuisine tasty and varied. A good base for excursions to the higher parts of the Bieszczady Mountains. In good conscience I recommend a stay in ARŁAMOW.
Great place. Beautiful views, wonderful atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and a fantastic spa that knows what it is doing and knows how to advise. It was worth the 1000 km drive. I heartily recommend !

Liked - The location, the architecture, the view, the apartment, the frontdesk, the whole team, the Arlamow Residence restaurant, the Carpathia restaurant, the sports halls, the gyms, the spa, the pools, the saunas, the hot tubs, the golf courses and so on and so forth.... “Zone of bliss” - this term can be attributed to this whole place. Did not like - Few guests.... Move on people - there are only a few such places in Europe.

Thank you for a pleasant stay and a great vacation. The hotel is wonderful, clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of attractions, no one was bored regardless of age. We were most positively surprised by the organization of meals. It turns out that you can eat civilized in your own room on plates at the table, and not in boxes on your lap, as is currently the case in many other hotels of the same class. Of course, while adhering to the sanitary regime associated with the pandemic, by the way, all restrictions are strictly observed here. This was not our first and certainly not our last stay here.
It meets all expectations. And #safearłamow are not just empty words, here you can actually feel safe. During my week-long stay I saw probably 50 times how they disinfect elevators, chairs, tables and more. Disinfecting liquid every 10 meters, everyone in masks. Well, and the sports center at 110% is everything. I recommend

The masks, taking the temperature, the organization of meals was a pleasant surprise for us - congratulations on the “Safe Arlamow” program. A super place worth recommending - great views, comfortable rooms, great infrastructure, very helpful and professional staff. A place like no other. It is worth noting that, despite the restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, there is no need to postpone a trip to Arlamow. I spent a few days there in May with my family - both my wife and children - a four-month-old daughter and teenage son - felt hyper-safe there. The staff wore masks, disinfectant fluids everywhere, maintained spacing in the restaurants and - modern air treatment technology. As the CEO of Activtek, the company that supplied the ventilation systems to eliminate microbiology in the ventilation ducts and rooms, I can guarantee with my presence and that of my family that Arłamow is a safe place.’
Great stay in the Holiday package. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highest safety precautions maintained (checking guests' temperature, keeping a distance, wearing masks). Tasty breakfasts and dinners. Quite a few attractions in the hotel itself. Highly recommended!!!
This year, due to the pandemic, we went on holiday to Arłamow for the second time. On arrival we were very positively surprised as we were given a flat instead of a room. Fantastic place peace, quiet and many attractions. Excellent cuisine. Sanitary rigour observed in every corner of the hotel. As always, I highly recommend. Warm greetings to all the staff and management of the hotel. P.S We will return to you during the holidays. I would like to see Arlamów submerged in snow.
The Arłamów Hotel is a unique hotel situated on a hill 600 metres above sea level, surrounded only by nature. The view from the swimming pool is unique and one of a kind. The water in the pool is a friendly warm 36 degrees. A sensational time spent.
The Arłamów Hotel is a great place to relax. No matter how you like to spend your time, there is something for you: swimming pools, saunas, a sports complex, areas around the complex. Also, the weather doesn't have to get in the way of relaxation because there are many attractions available under the roof. Catering is of a high standard - both the buffet dishes and those in the a'la carte restaurants are of a high standard. The staff also make a good impression with their courtesy towards guests.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic, instead of the planned exoticism, we went on a tour of hotels in the Podkarpacie and Małopolska regions. Of the four places we visited, the Arłamów Hotel turned out to be by far the best: from its unusual location away from civilisation, to the allocation of a room with a beautiful view of the Jamna valley to the newlyweds and a welcome platter of fruit, cards wishing them a nice celebration, professional, discreet but always willing to help staff, excellent cuisine and a functional swimming pool area - everything was great! We felt like guests and not customers, we were taken care of, and this seems to be a rarity in hotels with thousands of visitors passing through. Great respect and thanks, we will definitely be back as we haven't checked out the saunarium yet!

Great views, wonderful atmosphere, great service: elegant yet with wit and panache. Here you have the feeling of being wanted and a nice guest. Just as I have never been fond of any animation in hotels, here it was completely different: special thanks and nods to Ms Iga, who has excellent interpersonal skills and even better social skills. Her facial massage instruction was pure poetry. An equally pleasant service experience and a huge thank you to Mr Barman from the pool bar. Finally, let me just add that the cuisine is at the level of six stars ****** Bravo!
I drove around a bit with mixed feelings. However, the facility and location exceeded my expectations. A unique place for the active and the non-active. You can really relax or, if you prefer, get tired in a positive sense of the word. It's a pity it's so far away (from Krakow), but I will definitely go there again.
A place not to be missed, there is something for everyone. Wonderful atmosphere, staff friendly and courteous, breakfast mega choice, likewise dinner and everything fresh and delicious. Spa area, outdoor thermal pool, mini-tube, night club, bowling alley and many other attractions and all this amidst the Bieszczady views and hills.
A place worth recommending, plenty of activities for children and adults, tasty food - there's something for everyone, plus this amazing landscape all around. Peace and quiet.

This was our first stay in Arlamow and hopefully not our last ! The huge range of things to do in the whole complex was amazing. We are active people and don't like to be bored - that's why we chose this hotel for a week's rest. Staff very helpful :) The rooms are nice, clean and spacious.

Nice staff. Nice rooms. There are a lot of activities in this building such as a swimming pool, a shooting range, a very large climbing wall, a tennis field and much more. There is the possibility to ride horses. Very fast wi-fi is available in the hotel (which is a big plus). There is a large conference room. There is also a large gym.
A dream come true, I heartily recommend😀 The rooms, the food deserve the highest praise. Very large selection of dishes and very much attention to aesthetics. The animators, the hotel staff and the entire sports hall deserve the highest marks. They take care of the customer making everyone feel special.
