Check-in for individual guests starts at 16:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day. For organised groups, check-in starts at 16:00 and ends at 11:00. To extend your stay, please contact reception (ext. 3000).
The Concierge of the Arlamow Hotel will provide you with all the information you need regarding cultural events and leisure activities. The concierge can also help you organise transport and airport transfers, and book tickets for events and cultural activities in the region.

We have an open Arłamów network. All you need to do is provide your email address or log in via social media.
There are both internal paid underground car parks (A, B, C, D) and external paid parking spaces at the hotel. If a vehicle is parked in front of the main entrance to the hotel for more than 30 minutes, a fine of PLN 500 per vehicle per day applies. Cars with LPG systems cannot be parked in the internal underground car parks.

If you leave or lose your belongings at the Hotel, please contact reception or the floor service department at hk@arlamow.pl. The Hotel is not responsible for lost or left items.
Our hotel is covered by the Emergency Medical System. Some of the staff have been trained in Emergency Medical Services. A SAM 350/SAM 500 P Defibrillator is available at the main reception and in the Pool Area. Hours of operation of the Emergency Medical Service Monday - Sunday: 07:00 - 19:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel, except in designated areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of PLN 800.
Guests of our flats are invited to Club Lounge 1 (level +1), Club Lounge 2 (level +2). These areas are dedicated exclusively to the Guests of the flats and to the Guests belonging to the Arłamów Club programme.
In the Club Lounge we offer, at no extra charge, an all-day buffet (fresh fruit, coffee, tea, mineral water, fruit juices, wine)

Hotel Arłamów is a space for meetings and conferences in the mountains. We have nearly 3500 m2 of event space and are able to organise any event.
To make it easier to move around the facility, we have prepared maps that illustrate a plan of the entire hotel.
The Arłamów Hotel is a safe place for guests and employees, thanks to the use of state-of-the-art technology and safety guidelines.
Payment for accommodation, services, and products purchased at the Hotel shall be made in the cashless form preferred by the Hotel. Cash payments can only be made at the Reception Desk.
