These unique awards for companies and managers who are changing the image of the Polish economy were granted at a gala ceremony in Warsaw. Antoni Kubicki was recognised for his ‘boldness in creating business ventures and his successful transition from industrial engineering to the exclusive segment of the hotel industry’. "As the artist sang, there are only beautiful moments in life - today is just such a beautiful moment for me. Thank you very much for this award," said Antoni Kubicki, owner of the Arłamów Hotel, receiving the statuette. ‘You are those who set an example of how to do business in Poland and how to support Polish entrepreneurship,’ said the President of the Employers of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Malinowski, during the Wektory award ceremony, which brought together almost half a thousand representatives of Polish business and economy. Employers of the Republic of Poland have been awarding Vectors since 2002. The awards are given to people whose activities in various areas of the economy show directions worth following and are authors of innovative solutions, particularly valuable for the Polish economy and social life. Vectors are also awarded for activities bringing special benefits to the Polish economy and for creating a climate conducive to the development of entrepreneurship.
