Child policy

Children under 4 stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. Children aged 13 and over are considered full pay. There is a possibility to accommodate 2 children (0-12 years old) in the Family Room in the Hotel - on a sofa bed 120-140 cm wide, or in the Standard Room in the Hotel - 1 child sleeps with parents, 1 child on a 90 cm wide sofa bed.

Animal policy

Pets are only allowed in the Residence building. Pets are not allowed in the main hotel building. The hotel does not guarantee accommodation for guests traveling with pets, in accordance with its operating regulations. The hotel is not responsible for any guest's failure to read this information. Reservations may be canceled without refund.

Cancellation of reservation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 10.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 10.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
