Child policy

Children under 4 stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. Children aged 13 and over are considered full pay. There is a possibility to accommodate 2 children (0-12 years old) in the Family Room in the Hotel - on a sofa bed 120-140 cm wide, or in the Standard Room in the Hotel - 1 child sleeps with parents, 1 child on a 90 cm wide sofa bed.

Animal policy

We accept pets at the Residence only, additional fee 120 PLN/day. Select a room in the Residence during the reservation process.

Cancellation of reservation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 10 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
