The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates set by the Hotel, winter holidays, and summer vacations.
To make a reservation, simply click the active link in the voucher or enter the voucher reference number in the reservation engine on the Hotel’s website in the "enter code" section.
Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the Hotel Regulations and the Terms and Conditions of Voucher Sales and Redemption.
The voucher must be presented in its original form at Reception upon arrival.
Tourist tax – 2 PLN per day (children and adults) is charged at the Hotel.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash. In case of partial use of the value, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
