The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates set by the Hotel, winter holidays, and summer holidays.
To make a reservation, simply click the active link in the voucher or enter the voucher reference number in the booking engine on the Hotel's website in the "enter code" section.
Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the Hotel Regulations and the Voucher Sales and Redemption Regulations.
The voucher must be presented in its original form at Reception on the day of arrival.
City tax – 2 PLN per day (children and adults) is charged at the Hotel.
The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash. In case of partial use of the value, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
