The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates, winter holidays, and summer holidays.

Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the Hotel Regulations and the Voucher Sales and Redemption Regulations.
The voucher must be presented in its original form at the Reception on the day of arrival.
Tourist tax – 2 PLN per day (children and adults) is charged at the Hotel.
The voucher is not exchangeable for cash. In case of partial use of the value, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
