The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates, winter holidays, and summer vacations.

Making a reservation implies acceptance of the Hotel Regulations and the Voucher Sales and Redemption Terms.

Tourist tax – 2 PLN per day (for children and adults) is charged at the Hotel.
The voucher is not exchangeable for cash. In the case of partial value use, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
