It is the only place in Poland which shows complete techno- logical lines for purifying and grinding grain in the mills equipped with modern drive. The museum offers its visitors 1100 sq.m exhibition space located on four levels.
The museum is situated in an old mill dating back to 1905. It is a private institution, opened in July 2010 and operating up to now. It shows the history of flour milling and demonstrates a complex process of grain milling.
