The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates, winter holidays, and summer vacations.
To make a reservation, simply click the active link in the voucher or enter the voucher reference number in the reservation engine on the Hotel's website in the "enter code" section.
Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the Hotel Regulations and the Regulations for the Sale and Redemption of Vouchers.
The voucher must be presented in its original form at the Reception on the day of arrival.
Tourist tax – 2 PLN per day (children and adults) is charged at the Hotel.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash. In case of partial use, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
